Across the Universe by Beth Revis

The Summary from the back of the book: Amy is a cryogenically frozen passenger aboard the spaceship Godspeed. She has left her boy-friend, friends-and planet- behind to join her parents as a member of Project Ark Ship. Amy and her parents believe they will wake up on a new planet. Centauri- Earth, three hundred years in the future. But fifty years before Godspeed's scheduled landing, cryo chamber 42 is mysteriously unplugged, and is violently woken up from her frozen slumber.
Someone tried to murder her. Now Amy is caught inside her tiny world where nothing makes sense. Godspeed's 2,312 passengers have forfeited all control to Eldest, a tyrannical and frightening leader. And Elder, Eldest's rebellious teenage heir, is both fascinated with Amy and eager to discover whether he has what it takes to lead.
Amy desperately wants to trust Elder. But should she put her faith in a boy who has never seen life outside the ships's cold metal walls? All Amy knows is that she and Elder must race to unlock Godspeed's hidden secrets before whoever woke her up tries to kill again.

EDIT: Yay! Finished the book last night :) Here's my complete review of the book.

I really like sci-fi books, and this book has become my favorite sci-fi book of all time, it takes you into the perspective of two people, Amy a seventeen year-old who is a cryogenically frozen passenger aboard the spaceship Godspeed and Elder who is the future leader of the spaceship Godspeed. I found that the beginning was extremely boring, since the first few chapters were in the perspective of Elder, then after a few chapters, it started to get more interesting because the perspective of Amy was included. It switches back and forth from Elder and Amy.  As you keep reading,  you get captured into the book all the way until you’re finished it.
MY RATING: 9/10
If you decide to read this book, I hope you like it :)
