Mockingjay by Suzanne Collins

(Mockingjay is the 3rd book of the hunger games trilogy)

~So far Katniss and her district partner Peeta have escaped the quarter quell games but Peeta has been captured and taken away ,along with an ally they met during the games, by the Capitol. Katniss has to be strong to win over all the districts and become there mockingjay in order to over throw the cruel reign of President Snow and end the hunger games forever. She is still grieving over the loss of her partner and one day he came back to her but he was not the same person that Katniss had known and loved during the games. The Capitol has highjacked his memories making it seem that Katniss was the enemy. Peeta, though unsure of his memories, is still included in the small party of trained warriors to defeat the Capitol and all its attacks. Katniss needs to be really strong to lead the rebels to victory especially when undergoing all these problems in her life.~

I like this book and its series all in all, but this is not my favourite book out of the whole trilogy. It wasn't as exciting as the other 2 books, but it is a good ending to wrap-up all thats been said throughout the series. I'd rate this book 6/10 because I thought that it could use a little more excitement in some places even if its supposed to close.

  1. Lol, I had a feeling that this book wouldn't be rated very high because of the other reviews and comments.
