I have read every book of the Maximum Ride series and I love each one all the same. I fell in love with the series about a year ago and I go back and re-read them over and over. I adore every bit of every book and I highly recommend this series (and this book) to all teens! You will love it, trust me!
Out of all aspects of the series, I loved the characters the most. With Max, James Patterson created a masterpiece. She is everything you could want in a fast-paced supernatural superhero thriller: brave, strong, a good leader, hilarious, sarcastic, determined and loving. She is my absolute favorite character and she was the main reason why I kept with the books the whole way through. And then theres Fang. Who couldn't love Fang? He's your typical boy-next-door kind of guy. I loved him so much.
The plot was phenomenal. It was so thrilling, exciting and fast paced. I was always itching for more. Just a fantastic book. Must-read!
