Now we’re facing our last summer together. In September we go to college. And it’s not like one of those TV shows where all of us magically turn up at the same college. We’re going to four different colleges in four different cities (but all within four hours of one another—that was our one rule). We’re headed off to start our real lives.
Tomorrow night at Gilda’s we’ll launch the Pants on their third summer voyage. Tomorrow begins the time of our lives. It’s when we’ll need our Pants the most."
This was such a fun read! The fact that the Pants were just so magical made the story kind of unrealistic to me. I didn't quite like that because I know it's not possible and I'm not much of a fan for fantasy things. In this particular case, the Pants was what actually made the book interesting and so unique. There were points when I would give the book 7/10, though throughout the whole story it reached to a 9/10. I considered to not finish the book at the very beginning just because I found it quite boring in the first couple of chapters...but as I kept reading though, it ultimately changed to a great 9/10, almost a five start novel I would say. :O
I have heard of this series before, but never really gave it a chance. How did you becomes so interested in the Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants series?
ReplyDeleteWell I judged it by its cover :/ I know I shouldn't but the cover made it look kinda unique so I gave it a try!
