Kristin, was finally given the chance to reveal more about her character in this book. Unlike the usual Massie taking up the spotlight, we got too see more about kristin when she's alone and not influenced by Massie. I really liked this book, it was a good light read before bed. Kristin, was found being a tutor for how to impersonate Massie Block instead of Math, what she thought she was hired for. She was tutoring a mini-massie, more of a "wannabe massie" who had an older brother Kristins age, named Dune. Kristin was of course attracted too this surfer cutie and developed a crush. She didn't fit in right away with dune and his friends and wasn't sure if Dune was attracted too her. He seemed too like Skye Hamilton type which was a shock, for someone who claimed to be down too earth. At first she thought he wasn't that type, but following skye contradicted himself. She asked his sister for help on how too impress him, and in return she'll reveal massie's ways. This was a deal, however, she unwillingly bought a boy outfit because of Dunes sisters advice, while the dress she adored was later worn bye skye! Turns out, her sister also made a deal too help skye. Of course while skye looked beautiful in her dress, Kristin was on the verge of giving up. She turned too some online help in disguises who thought of a plan. Dune had a thing for playing pranks and pulling this off herself, by kristin, would surely impress Dune. They were going to put jello in the private clubs pool. This was a prank Dune wanted too do a lot. With kristin and her "frriends" help she could pull this off, or so she thought. I don't want too spoil the ending for anyone who hasn't read it, but this book is reccomended by me if you're really not into too serious type stories. I like these kind of "fun" books for late night reading:)
I love the Clique series, and looking forward too read some more with the rest of Summer I've got.
