        When Majorie’s father, Robert the Bruce, becomes King of Scotland, Majorie becomes princess. Edward LongShanks, the brutal King of England, sends his soldiers to Scotland to defeat them, and capture Marjorie, and is put into a prison, in the centre of the town square, which is exposed to everything, everyone, wind and rain. Marjorie has great courage and determination to overcome anything that is put in front of her, eventually her father, Robert the Bruce defeats the King of Scotland and they return to their homeland.
         I give this book 10/10,I think this book opened my eyes into the past, and how difficult life was back then, and that I am lucky to be born in the 21^st century.
